Application fee RM250, non-refundable. Admission fee RM500 for Early Childhood (3–5 years) and RM1,000 for Primary to Secondary, both non-refundable.

A deposit equal to one term's school fees is required. Refunds are available when one term's written notice of withdrawal is given in advance.

The academic year runs from January to December in four terms. School fees, the resource fee, and the meal plan are invoiced quarterly and are due on or before the first day of each term. The graduation fee is invoiced in the first term for EC3, Primary 6, and Year 11.

Early Childhood

Annual fees (tuition fee + resource fee + meal plan): EC1 RM7,952; EC2 RM9,352; EC3 RM10,152. EC3 graduation fee RM100.

After School Programme (optional)

(A) EC1 (3 years old): Monday to Thursday, 12:00 noon – 4:30 pm; Friday, 12:00 noon – 3:00 pm. RM900 per term.

(B) EC2 (4 years old) and EC3 (5 years old): Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm. RM600 per term.

• No ASP fee is charged in December.
• Fees are billed per term (3 months per term), based on the rates above.
• Fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced.
• A withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing at least two weeks before the new term begins.
• ASP enrolment is optional and subject to availability (first come, first served).
• Public holidays and school closures are not replaced or refunded.
• The school reserves the right to amend the schedule or fees with prior notice.

Primary

Annual fees: Primary 1 RM15,500; Primary 2 RM16,500; Primary 3 RM18,000; Primary 4, Primary 5, and Primary 6 RM19,500 each. Primary 6 graduation fee RM150.

Secondary

Annual fees: Year 7 and Year 8 RM21,700 each; Year 9 RM23,700; Year 10 RM25,700; Year 11 RM27,700. Year 11 graduation fee RM300.

What the fees cover

The school fee includes MAHANS examination fees, learning materials, resources, and meals during school hours. It does not include textbooks, workbooks, uniforms, stationery, Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE examination fees, laboratory fees, or field trips.

Laboratory fees apply to Biology, Chemistry, and Physics and are charged per subject, per term. For Malaysian students this is RM400 per subject per term in Year 10 and Year 11. Graduation fees are RM100 for EC3, RM150 for Primary 6, and RM300 for Year 11.

Sibling discount

A sibling is a legal brother or sister of a child already enrolled. A student is eligible for only one type of discount at a time. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, apply only while the student remains enrolled, and the school reserves the right to amend or withdraw discounts without prior notice.

• 1st sibling (second born): 30% off the admission fee, 5% off school fees.
• 2nd sibling (third born): 50% off the admission fee, 10% off school fees.
• 3rd and later siblings: 75% off the admission fee, 15% off school fees.

Students who progress from EC3 to Primary 1 keep the school fee paid in Primary 1 unchanged through Primary 6.

Overseas transfers should include extra for bank charges, which the sender pays. Cash payments are not encouraged. Cheques, bank drafts, or money orders must be drawn from a Malaysian bank in Malaysian currency, with the student's full name, class, student ID, and the payer's contact number on the reverse, and may be left with the lobby receptionist during office hours.

School fees are subject to periodic review and may be adjusted when necessary. MAHANS International School reserves the right to amend fees, terms, and conditions without prior notice.
